Well after watching people practically trip over each other to leave blogger, I’ve finally decided to part with my old blog site. Word press definitely has a lot more features, but is a little more difficult to use. Will I be happy here…Only time will tell.

Thanks Tony, I think I’m going to like it here. I’m still trying to figure out the flickr photo thing though. It’s a good thing the little ones aren’t around right now, they would have a new word to terrorize me with!
I just entered the strange and mysterious template to make changes and now you are asking me to do it agian??!!?? Arrggghhh. Only for you comrade in arms.

Flickr is about the easiest thing to use on wordpress. Just use the “Blog This” link from you flickr homepage, and then edit that entry from the WordPress dashboard.
And for Youtube and Google Video, you have to edit the URL link to read youtube=(and then the link).
If you need help, let me know. Once you get used to it, you will like it better than Blogspot, but your right, it is a bit cunbersome at times. I don’t like not being able to edit the html on the template…
Thanks JT I’ll try messing with it a little more today. Jose is a network engineer so he usually helps me with all of my pc blunders, but he is in San Francisco right now.
Bah as the one-liner goes, “just put your big girl panties on and deal with it”. lol
