I can’t believe it…

…I missed my one year blogoversary! I started blogging on November 4, 2005. Wow where did the time go? It has definitely been a fun experience. Before that I was just trolling around on sista Dragonlady’s blogspot site. She eventually talked me into starting my own blog and I started “The Ramblings of MrsJoseGoldbloom” on blogspot. Then this past summer several of my blog friends started switching to WP, and they eventually pulled me over on July 23, 2006. I have met many great, & some not so great people through my blog. It has become a great outlet for me, and boy have I needed that. Thanks to all of you who read here, and especially to those of you who link me and comment on a regular basis. Why do I feel like I’m making an acceptance speech? LOL Anywho here is one of my old posts from my very first month of blogging, I hope you enjoy it.

KIDS SAY THE DARNDEST THINGS!

We all know how kids will just blurt out anything. We also know how the little boogers can be brutally honest. Well today my six year old son Jeremy nailed me with one of those brutally honest moments.

Me: :::In bathroom getting dressed:::

Jeremy: :::Tries to open bathroom door:::

Me: Hey buddy you can’t come in…I’m getting dressed.

Jeremy: Well…I promise I won’t laugh!

OK dragonlady stop laughing right now! I remember a moment when you blurted something out at a certain softball game! You know the one where you yelled something at a man who was heckling our ball team? I believe you yelled “If he doesn’t shut up I’m gonna stuff the ball down his throat”. Then the lady behind us tapped you and said “I don’t think so, that’s my dad”…LOLOLAnyway I guess kids keep you on your toes, because you never know what to expect!
